I won’t tell you that everyday I catch the “workout bug” and have to put on my shoes and get out the door. I don’t. No one does. What I do know is that working out makes me feel strong and helps me have a more positive outlook on life. Have you ever been really stressed out over a problem, gone for a walk or a run, and when its over the problem doesn’t seem as big? It’s therapy. Sometimes it’s fun and exciting, and sometimes it’s not. But I always remind myself how good exercise makes me feel. And I’ve never regretted a workout. 

    So here are some of the workouts I’ve put together in my effort to keep things interesting and work all muscle groups! This page is definitely a work in progress.
